Sa Campana, Escorca
Caving in the most spectactular cave on the island.
Description of the outing
Sa Campana is one of Mallorca’s deepest and most beautiful caverns, on the northern face of the Serra de Tramuntana in the Comellar de sa Cova, from where you can see the outlet of Torrent de Pareis. We will descend through the cave using various rappels which will bring us to the various rooms and halls that make up the cave. This cave is extremely important to spelunkers due to its -300m of altitude loss and its biological interest.
